DeCosmos member, Vikki Vettese has a solo exhibition at The Beach Club in Parksville for the month of April 2023. 181 Beachside Drive, Parksville, B.C.

Vikki Vettese was born in Victoria, BC and raised in Calgary, Alberta. She spent ten years in Northern Canada, 12 years in the Gulf Islands, and now lives in Parksville, BC.

Vikki has taken to exploring the islands, and her landscapes and seascapes have a strong west coast focus.

Vikki’s paintings have been exhibited and won awards in juried shows across Canada. Her process of painting is inspired by people, landscapes, seascapes, and wildlife.

Although Vikki ‘s preferred medium is acrylic, her 35 years with the FCA and working with watercolours and mixed mediums gave her great experience in developing her craft as an artist.
